ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ФІТОТЕРАПІЇ В ЛІКУВАННІ ПСИХІЧНИХ ЗАХВОРЮВАНЬ НА ПРИКЛАДІ БІПОЛЯРНОГО РОЗЛАДУ

Анотація

Мета: Біполярні розлади є однією з головних проблем зі здоров’ям, які існують у всьому світі. Біполярний розлад – психопатологічне захворювання, що виявляється різкими зрушеннями в настрої, чергуванні нападів манії та депресії. Вони спричиняють значне порушення якості життя пацієнтів та їх соціального функціонування. Синтезовані фармацевтичні препарати десятиліттями використовуються для лікування як розладів настрою, так і депресії, але, незважаючи на їх ефективність, їх використання обмежене численними побічними ефектами. Дослідження з вивчення потенційного впливу лікарських рослин на нервову систему та використання для лікування біполярних розладів зростають. У цій статті розглядаються вибрані види рослин з активними фітохімічними речовинами, які можна використати в лікуванні біполярного розладу.

Методологія. Це дослідження базується на огляді літератури, проведеному шляхом пошуку відповідних ключових слів у базах даних, наприклад, у базах даних Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, Allied and Complementary Medicine, Embase та Cochrane, а також Google Scholar. Шість рослин було відібрано на основі визначених критеріїв відбору для їх використання для зменшення симптомів біполярного розладу.

Наукова новизна. У цьому огляді ми представили антидепресивну дію 6 видів рослин, особливо зосереджуючись на лікуванні біполярних розладів. Наголошено на фармакологічних властивостях та діючих речовинах наведених лікарських рослин (валеріана лікарська, меліса лікарська, пасифлора м’ясо-червона, гінкго білоба, звіробій звичайний, перець п’янкий тощо).

Висновки. Шість рослин було відібрано на основі визначених критеріїв відбору для їх використання для зменшення симптомів біполярного розладу. Детальний аналіз проведених досліджень показав, що серед рослинних препаратів, які використовуються для зменшення симптомів біполярного розладу, можна відзначити валеріану лікарську, мелісу лікарську, пасифлору м’ясо-червону, гінкго білоба, звіробій звичайний, перець п’янкий. Таким чином, у цьому огляді представлено інформацію щодо рослинних препаратів для лікування біполярних розладів.
