Copyright and Licensing

According to the terms of the license, the authors grant the right to the first publication of the article to the journal, and the article is simultaneously licensed in accordance with the international license Creative Commons Attribution License CC-BY, which allows others to share the work with recognition of authorship of the work and initial publication in this journal. As part of the open access model, the journal provides access to its content in real time in the Archives section without payment and without restrictions on further distribution or use in any medium, provided that the author(s) and source of origin from which the quotation is taken are indicated, which complies with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY) Open Permissive License.

If the article is accepted for publication in the journal “Biology. Human. Technology”, the author must sign the copyright transfer agreement. A scanned copy of the signed agreement is sent to the e-mail address of the journal editorial office.

With this agreement, the author certifies that the submitted material:

  • does not infringe the copyrights of other persons or organizations;
  • previously not published in other publishing houses and not submitted for publication in other publications.

The author submits to the editorial board of the journal “Biology. Human. Technology” rights to:

publication of the article in Ukrainian (English or Polish) in the electronic publication “Biota. Human. Technology” and distributing an electronic copy of the article by any electronic means (posting on the journal's official website, electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

The author reserves the right without the consent of the editorial board and founders:

  • Use the materials of the article in whole or in part for educational purposes.
  • Use the materials of the article in whole or in part to write your own qualification papers.
  • Use the materials of the article to prepare theses, conference presentations, and oral presentations.
