Human. Technology is included in the List of specialized scientific publications of Ukraine (<strong>category "B"</strong>) in biological and technical sciences, in specialties <strong>091 (Biology and biochemistry)</strong>, <strong>101 (Ecology)</strong> and <strong>161 (Chemical technologies and engineering)</strong> (the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 220 of February 21, 2024); technical sciences in specialty <strong>181 (Food technologies)</strong> (the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 582 of April 24, 2024).</p> <p>The journal uses <strong>an open access publishing model</strong> supported by the T.H.
